Throw Paint at Cancer is a free, peer to peer support program for cancer patients and survivors to express themselves through art, brought to the community by The Cancer Research and Resource Center of Southern Virginia.  The series consists of continuing eight week sessions meeting every Thursday from 4-6 p.m. beginning Thursday, September 22, 2016  for eight weeks at the Danville Museum of Fine Arts & History Swanson Studio. No previous art experience is required. There is no cost to sign up and all supplies are provided. Instructor is artist, preservationist and cancer survivor Cynthia Hubbard, MFA. There is a waiting list available please contact Cancer Resource Center at 421-3060 or email:  cllitzenberg@vcu.edu.
