Get Ready to Stretch! DMFAH is partnering with Firefly Yoga Again for Yoga on the DMFAH lawn!!!
There will be two pop-up Saturday sessions on April 10 and 17 to get us going before regular sessions start on Saturday mornings from May - September, 2021.

Firefly Yoga also offers yoga, mindfulness and fitness classes online, outdoors and in their new studio at 415 Main Street. (The Meredith Gravely School of Dance has four studios in their building; they use three for dance and sublease the fourth; the Pilates studio is moving out on the fourth, so Firefly is moving in this Friday 4/2).
There will be no Yoga on Saturday July 4th and the Labor Day weekend.
