HOWEL
HOWEL 2022 is a free community festival and hosts activities for the whole family – the first portion of the event will include children’s activities, food trucks, museum tours, vendor booths, opportunities to engage with community nonprofits, local artists, and craft demonstrations. The event will transition to a lively evening with fire dancing performances, the lighting of the lanterns, a band, and dancing.
The event is co-hosted by four area nonprofits: BookEnds, Dan River Nonprofit Network, Smokestack Theatre Company, and the Danville Museum of Fine Arts & History.
