UNESCO Story Circles with Duke University

As part of the 19th Annual Danville Storytelling Festival, the Danville Museum of Fine Arts & History and Duke Center for Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation are pleased to offer a UNESCO Story Circle on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11:00-12:30 pm. This event is an initial step to build intercultural competence and promote racial healing within Danville. Through the sharing of personal stories and guided prompts, Story Circles aim to build the skills, attitudes, and behaviors needed to improve interactions across lines of difference and borders.
