HOWEL 2021 is a free community festival and hosts activities for the entire family - the first portion of the event will include children's activities, museum tours, vendor booths, opportunities to engage with community nonprofits, local artists, and craft demonstrations. The event will transition to a lively evening with fire dancing performances, the lighting of the lanterns, a band, and dancing.
