There will be two pop-up Saturday sessions on April 10 and 17 to get us going before regular sessions start on Saturday mornings from May - September, 2021.

Join us for a Riverwalk Tour of the designated areas that will be part of the Wanderlove-A Stitch In Time

We will be meeting up at the JTI Fountain at the bottom of Main Street in the River District just outside of Me’s Restaurant.

We are collectively creating a spectacular Art Installation for the Danville River District and the Riverwalk!

Rebuilding America: Reconstruction to Jim Crow

During this student webinar with VMHC Education, upper elementary students will use primary sources to analyze political cartoons and paintings about Abraham Lincoln, the Emancipation Proclamation, and the end of slavery. This program is free, but registration is required.

The Garden Club of Virginia's Historic Garden Week

April 17, 2021 thru April 24, 2021

Garden Week - April 17-24, 2021

This year, the Historic Garden Week will take place April 17-24 and continue with their tradition of tours, with added changes and safety precautions. Twenty-five tours of homes and gardens organized by 48 member clubs will take place across the state during that week, at the peak of spring blooming. An estimated 2,200 floral arrangements statewide will be created to enhance their properties.
